Live in Indiana?

I am researching areas in other states where I may like to live and am asking the help of my blogster friends.
Can anyone tell me how Evansville is? I notice they have many section 8 properties, which is what I will be looking for. What streets there are considered the worst to live?

Do you live in another state and think I may like your area? Please let me know.

I am looking for a place where the change of seasons is evident. I want to see lots of color, trees, hills, etc.

Any and all input is appreciated.

    well i only know about delaware and pennsylvania. both are very nice. PA has the mountains, delaware has the beaches. good luck in your search! [THUMBUP][HEART]
