It said you do not have to lose weight...well working out three days a week I guess pays off...I need to restart yoga too I guess to get my head better balanced too..body and mind...thanks

very good!! yoga is great!!There are many different types of yoga, what form do you use??

A deviated form of Hatha Yoga...we have a great source book called "Fundamentals of Yoga" by Rammurti S. Mishra that I think is a must book for anyone interested in yoga. Heck I even tried some power yoga for a while but it doesn't contain the pure mind / body connection of the true practice. It certainly has been commercialized...

Hatha yoga is also what I enjoy, I have not been practicing since a back injury but I think I am ready to return. I am glad you brought yoga up, tomorrow I will begin!! [SMILE][SMILE]
