I recently adopted a dog from the Humane Society. Her name is Lucy and is a great addition to my home. Lucy came with a few extra unhealthy pounds so were getting in shape by jogging (well mostly fast walking). While at the park yesterday a woman took it upon herself to throw half a burger down to my dog. I mentioned (in hopes that she'd first think next time) that I don't feed my dog that type of food.
Regardless of intention I am baffled as to why she thought it was fine to feed my dog.
Would you feed a strange dog without asking? Would you have said anything to the woman?

No I wouldn't feed a dog without asking...and you were right to talk to her...that was just rude...wonder why she thought she could do that? How strange...
